Our experienced team delivers world-class economic models across the development life-cycle, from early economic models to launch models and adaptations.
As shown below, a modelling exercise begins with a model concept, which maps the disease against other elements such as treatments, describing their impact on each other. In the model protocol, we describe the rationale and structure of the model, the input sources, and the analysis plan. We then develop the model with a user-friendly interface that allows the client to test different assumptions. Our models are always validated by an expert outside the modeling team. Finally, each model can be used for various analyses and insights, such as identifying evidence gaps and mitigation strategies, testing and refining a target product profile, identifying subgroups that would gain the maximum value, and providing early estimates of product value.
We use a range of techniques, such Markov State-Transition, Partitioned Survival, Decision Tree and Individual Patient Simulation, and our models can be adapted to all key geographies in North America, Europe and Asia.
Examples of models our team has worked on include:
Beyond health economic models, our team works on other types of decision models such as epidemiology forecast models, patient journeys, and disease progression models.
Examples of recent work include:
We also construct evidence dashboards, which allow you to access, query, and interact with quantitative data - whether from clinical studies, literature reviews or database landscaping - in an intuitive way. Graphics in evidence dashboardsare designed to respond to adjustments to a range of parameters, and are easy to update as new data become available.
Screenshots of typical outputs from our evidence dashboards and decision models are below.
